Your new job – what will you be doing?
As a production worker, you will be personally responsible for carrying out production tasks.
The work mainly consists of tasks on the production line, such as assembly line work. In addition, you will prepare orders according to the order list and simultaneously perform quality control on the products to be packed.
This is a job in a factory, where it can sometimes be noisy. However, the client provides all protective equipment and safety measures.
For those who are eager to develop themselves, this is a versatile position in which you will have the opportunity to grow into a Machine Operator, provided you have the right aptitude. Your colleagues have already achieved this after just a few months of work and are happy to share their experiences with you.

Our client is a large international company, but the location where you will be working is medium-sized and situated in a small village near Amsterdam. What skills do you need – what do we find important?
It is important that you are flexible at work. You don’t mind if a different order comes in unexpectedly that needs to be handled with high priority. You are energetic and not afraid to get your hands dirty, as you will be working in a factory.
In addition, you speak good English and/or Dutch.
Last but not least: enthusiasm, motivation, flexibility, and punctuality.
What experience do you bring?
If you have experience in a production environment, that is a plus, but it is not a requirement.
